Whifff does not offer refunds for change of mind, fragrance preference or ordinary dissatisfaction.

Damaged products

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged. Contact Whifff through the WhatsApp channel used for your order with the order details and photographs of the damage so the team can review the case manually.

Cancellation

Whifff does not offer a conventional cancellation flow. Orders are 100% prepaid and are processed after payment verification.
