Terms

These Terms apply to purchases from WHIFF, the business behind Whifff, currently operating from Patna, Bihar 800001, India. WHIFF is in the process of completing its formal business registration and applicable tax registrations.

Orders

Whifff accepts orders through the website's WhatsApp checkout flow. All orders are 100% prepaid. An order is confirmed only after Whifff confirms the order details and manually verifies payment.

Pricing and shipping

30 ml fragrances are ₹449 launch / offer price against an MRP of ₹799. 50 ml is ₹799 pre-order / waitlist price against an MRP of ₹1,299. 100 ml is ₹1,299 pre-order / waitlist price against an MRP of ₹1,999. The Discovery Set is ₹449 for 9 × 2 ml against an MRP of ₹999. Shipping is a flat ₹149 below ₹1,999 after applicable discounts and free at ₹1,999 or above after applicable discounts. Product availability and waitlist status are shown on the website and may change.

Promotions

Buy 4 Get 1 Free and Buy 7 Get 2 Free apply to qualifying 30 ml fragrances only. The welcome offer is for a first order only and requires email verification: ₹100 off at ₹799+, ₹200 off at ₹1,999+, or ₹400 off at ₹3,999+. The welcome offer cannot be combined with either 30 ml multi-buy promotion.

Product format

The current fragrance collection is presented as Parfum / Elixir / Extrait with 30% oil concentration. Whifff's positioning is built around long lasting wear, projection and allowing the fragrance profile to develop through its stages with less of an alcoholic blast.

Cancellation, refunds and returns

There is no conventional cancellation flow after an order is confirmed. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, fragrance preference or ordinary dissatisfaction. Returns are limited to products damaged in transit or on delivery and are handled according to the applicable Whifff return process.

Fulfilment

Fulfilment is handled manually. Customer-facing processing expectations are approximately 1–2 weeks.
