Manual fulfilment

Whifff orders are processed manually through WhatsApp. After your order summary is sent, payment is made through the Whifff QR/payment method and manually verified.

Processing expectation

Please expect approximately 1–2 weeks for processing and fulfilment. This is the customer-facing expectation at launch.

Shipping charge

Shipping is a flat ₹149 below ₹1,999 after applicable discounts. Shipping is free at ₹1,999 or above after applicable discounts.

Payment

All orders are 100% prepaid. There is no cash on delivery. An order is processed only after payment has been manually verified by Whifff.
